This Position Paper is presented as a series of annotated PowerPoint slides. We are experimenting with this format because we think that it can be an effective way of quickly introducing certain types of largely conceptual material. We look forward to client comments about both the content and format that follows. Our future research in this area will focus on specific implementation issues and strategies.
