Use and Misuse of Collaborative Technologies

Our Use and Misuse of Collaborative Technologies Handbook was first published in 1999, and then updated in 2006, with the goal of providing concise, easy-to-access practical advice.  Given today’s need for global business collaboration, organizations must learn to use modern tools even more effectively.

The recent explosion of new social media and mobility technologies has increased the options available to firms.  What is needed is some guidance as to what to use, how to use it, and when to use it.  This guide will leverage our own experiences as well as what we have learned in discussions and workshops with you.
