Who should participate in the research?
Most participants will be CIOs, COOs, or business leaders either responsible for IT SS or partaking of its services.  We will also seek participation from senior IT SS executives facing off to business units or key functions.

Focus industries and organisations
We plan to interview large, complex organisations in the US and Europe.  All industry sectors will be included.  Multiple, non-competing, firms will be interviewed, providing interesting comparisons and insights.  We will also include representative public sector shared service organisations.

Interviews
We would like to interview senior business and IT executives in large organisations who are concerned with IT SS and with organisational matters more generally.   An interview of 90 minutes is desirable.
