Participating executives will gain a much better understanding of how IT SS is being developed and managed in other firms.  If you are able to attend the project focus group workshop, you will have a chance to discuss project issues and results directly with other participating executives, as well as comment on the research findings from the LEF Executive Programme.  You will be able to develop a better approach to IT SS in the future.
