Doug Neal is project manager and lead researcher for this project.  A Research Fellow for the LEF Executive Programme, Doug’s focus is on the intersection of strategy, business operations and technology.  He is the author or co-author of several LEF reports including Green IT – Moving Beyond the 2% Solution, A Workbook for Harnessing Consumerization and Web 2.0, Harnessing Web 2.0 – Enterprise Strategies for Living on the Web and the Use and Misuse of Collaborative Technologies Handbook.
