Rethinking Risk - Strategies for Today's Changing Business Climate
Recent events have caused most firms to take a closer look at their risk management approach. Many are discovering that the traditional divide between business and IT risk is going away. They are also discovering that top-down compliance-based processes are only a small part of the solution. What is needed is a strong bottom-up culture based on ethics, integrity and values that spans both business and IT. This report will describe the many ways that this goal is being pursued.
