The IT Strategy workbook will provide a practical guide to the development of an organization’s IT strategy. Although most of its content will be drawn from a wide range of our research work, it will also be informed by the experience of a number of organizations that we believe are pre-eminent in this field.

Unlike most conventional approaches to IT strategy development, the workbook will address the needs of complex (and often global) organizations, and will place particular emphasis on the many political challenges involved.
