The project will be conducted jointly by Dr Kirtland Mead and David Butter.

Dr Kirtland Mead is project manager and lead researcher for this project. A senior officer for many years with CSC Index, Kirt is an expert on advanced organization and IT strategy. He is the author of several LEF reports: Standard Infrastructure - Freeing IT to Add More Value, IT Governance - Choosing the Right Approach for Your Firm, Business Change and the Role of IT, and Enterprise vs Product IT - Escaping the Shared Services Trap.

David Butter will advise the project. David is an expert on customer centricity, based on his 25 years of experience in the advertising and media industry. He has been a senior account executive with WPP, the major media group in London, for many years, and is now an independent consultant and educator on issues related to marketing and the customer.
