This project aims to provide senior IT management with tools to help them make best use of their financial resources through an integrated framework.

 

Managing IT financial resources necessitates a clear focus on identifying and exploiting opportunities for cost saving as well as business opportunities afforded by IT.

 

This research addresses both cost saving and revenue generating opportunities, as well as the question of establishing an appropriate balance between the two.
