Dr Kirtland Mead is project manager and lead researcher for this project. A senior officer for many years with CSC Index, Kirt is an expert on advanced organization and IT strategy. He is the author of several LEF reports: Standard Infrastructure – Freeing IT to Add More Value, IT Governance – Choosing the Right Approach for Your Firm, and Business Change and the Role of IT.

Kirt will work with Alex Mayall, LEF Research Associate and the former MD of the Leading Edge Forum – Executive Programme.
