This SIG exists to develop and exchange best practices in establishing and managing IT and other business process outsourcing contracts.

 

The SIG is a network of individuals who can be contacted at any time to exchange experiences in establishing and managing outsourcing deals. The group meets several times each year at conferences held in Europe and the United States of America to hear from opinion leaders and to discuss issues and best practices with other experienced managers.
