Post-PC, Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) Workbook

The shift to a post-PC world may sound like a technology project, but in practice it will be a major change management initiative.  Technology change will be required, but we will also see significant human changes in roles and practices across the organization.  If it is to succeed, the IT function will have to think in change management terms and concern itself with issues beyond its traditional territory.  The purpose of this workbook is to help IT organizations work their way through the many facets of change that must be addressed in moving to the post-PC world.

Drawing on the research for our recent report Preparing for a Post-PC World, this workbook will use examples of approaches that leading organizations are taking to facilitate the move to a post-PC world.
