Prior to his work with the LEF, Paul consulted with large companies on how to rethink business based on emerging technologies. In the 1990s Paul served on the adjunct advisory faculty of CSC's Index Vanguard program, which explored the business implications of emerging technologies three to seven years from widespread commercialization. At Vanguard he worked with a world-class advisory board of technologists, including Nicholas Negroponte and Alan Kay.
Paul has published numerous papers and articles on strategic technology issues and speaks to executive audiences frequently on these topics.
