Claire Flanagan is Director of Knowledge Management and Enterprise Social Collaboration strategy in CSC’s Office of Innovation. In her recent assignment,  Claire led CSC’s company-wide evaluation and implementation of a social business collaboration program for its global employees.  She is now responsible for bringing this capability to CSC’s eco-system of customers, partners and prospects.  Claire speaks regularly at industry conferences about social business collaboration and has garnered industry awards for CSC’s program such as the Community Adoption Award and The 2.0 Adoption Council’s Internal Evangelist of the Year Award.
