Tony DiRomualdo is an independent business researcher, advisor and founder of Next Generation Workplace, a research initiative focusing on how changes in global business dynamics, talent management practices and information technology-enabled tools and capabilities are transforming the workplace. He is an authority on the role of information technology and human capital in competitive strategy and performance.
Tony is the author of numerous research reports and published articles including Strategic Intent for IT Outsourcing, published in the Sloan Management Review, Summer 1998, and the report Ready or Not Here They Are: Harnessing the Passion and Skills of the Media-Savvy Workforce.
He has directed several groundbreaking research projects exploring best practices in managing and leveraging both IT and human capital, including the Research Services' research project and report Managing IT through Mergers and Acquisitions, which has been used extensively by IT managers to enhance their contributions to M&A strategy formulation, deal making and post-merger integration.
