Currently a Research Associate of the Leading Edge Forum, Alex was previously Managing Director of the programme.  Prior to this, he had an international career in the chemicals industry in a range of IT professional and management roles before serving for 10 years as a management consultant with CSC Index, and subsequently with CSC's UK Division.

As a consultant, Alex spent many years working at a senior executive level with major European organizations spanning a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors.  Although his consulting experience covered all aspects of business change, from competitive strategy through to organizational behaviour and programme management, Alex has a long-standing interest in helping companies drive improved business performance through the strategic alignment of information technology with business strategy.
