    Klaus Heinrich

    Klaus joins the LEF as Regional Director for the DACH Region (Austria, Germany, and Switzerland) and will be concentrating his efforts on developing awareness of the LEF in the region through increased client interaction and delivery of the programme.

    Prior to joining the LEF, Klaus was founding partner and managing director of the German subsidiary of The Concours Group (nGenera), which was established in September 1998.  In this role, he was responsible for all Concours activities in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

    Previously, Klaus was Vice President and Managing Director for the German branch of CSC Index, responsible for its research services business in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.  He formed this office in 1987 as the German branch of Butler Cox, a London-based private consulting firm which was acquired in 1990 by CSC Index.

    From 1978 to 1987, Klaus worked as Project Manager and Head of the Munich Branch for SCS Scientific Control Systems, the German branch of Scicon, an international consulting group owned by British Petroleum.  He led numerous projects for vendors of office automation systems with regard to their product strategies, system requirements and system development, as well as helping organisations across all industries to deploy office systems.  In addition, he was responsible for SCS’s financial services consulting business in the state of Bavaria.

    Klaus was educated in Germany, Holland and England and carries a degree in mathematics and formal logic from the University of Vienna, Austria. 

    Klaus is based in Munich, Germany.
