    Trampoline Systems

    Charles Armstrong is an established thought-leader on the changing role of informal networks in complex business organizations.  He founded Trampoline Systems in 2003 to develop ideas drawn from his ethnographic field research.  Charles is a regular speaker at conferences around the world on technology,innovation and organizational change.

    Charles graduated in Social & Political Science from St John’s College, Cambridge, was mentored by the sociologist Lord Young of Dartington, and is a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
