    Amir Hartman is co-founder and Managing Director of MainStay Partners, a consultancy firm providing Enterprise IT Organizations and High Tech companies with the tools they need to demonstrate IT business value.

    A leading global authority on corporate and technology transformations, Amir is an international bestselling author and sought-after advisor to senior business leaders in a broad cross-section of industries.  Amir is on the faculty at both Columbia’s Graduate School of Business and Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where he teaches in their Executive MBA programs.  A frequently requested speaker to forums of senior business leaders, he is the author of the recent book Ruthless Execution: What Business Leaders Do When Their Companies Hit The Wall.

    Amir has worked with some of the leading global organizations: 3M, Baxter, Chevron, GM, Honeywell, HP, Novartis, Oracle and Young Presidents Organization (YPO).  Prior to forming Mainstay Partners, Amir was the Managing Director for Cisco Systems’ Corporate Internet Strategy and the Internet Business Solutions Group.  In this role, he was responsible for shaping Cisco’s Internet business strategy and advising key customers in the same capacity.
